Omite is a contact miticide used to control mites on a variety of field, fruit and vegetable crops as well as ornamentals. Upon application, the spray must be applied to existing mites and mite eggs or any mites to come in contact with the spray deposits. Spray thoroughly to cover the entire plant surface. If temperatures are high at the time when Omite is applied, “vaporization” may occur and this reaction also contribute to mite control.
