Minecto is a type of insecticide that contains two active ingredients, namely cyantraniliprole from the ‘diamide’ group and lufenuron from the ‘benzoylurea’ group. Lufenuron acts by stomach poisoning and has some contact activity that provides “ovicidal” control, preventing egg hatching and inhibiting chitin synthesis and disrupting cuticle formation at the larval stage. Cyantraniliprole acts by contact on the insect’s central nervous system and stomach poisoning by blocking the feeding system of insect pests. Active Ingredient: Cyantraniliprole 16.9% w/w Lufenuron 16.9% w/w
